Customer service is still the #1 selling tool

Doesn't matter what, where you sell, customer service is still the #1 selling tool. Going the extra mile is NOT overrated. 


How? These are some of the things I make sure I apply to every sale:

  • Describe exactly what you are selling thru photos (tons of them) and wording. If there is a flaw, state it. Show it. Buyers appreciate honesty. Don't you?
  • Shipping within 24 hours. It makes a difference. Trust me :)
  • Pack accordingly. Presentation is everything. 
  • Leave a feedback before they do.
